Since I have nothing to do now, I shall attempt to post pictures of my Vietnam trip from ONE MONTH ago without giving up halfway. Sigh.
The entire country is teeming with motorbikes. People do everything on their bikes. They eat, take a siesta, do their homework, transport an entire village etc. They don't wear helmets too. That helps with the eating and doing homework part.
The nice thing about Saigon is that there are random parks everywhere. So you can go take a walk, walk your dog etcetera, whenever you get tired of motorbikes blowing exhaust in your face.
One of my most favourite things about Saigon is the FOOD. This is where we had lunch on the 1st day.
This is an example of us ordering the entire restaurant and paying SGD$40 for it.
This is a chicken's foot.
These are the damn nice desserts which cost 25 cents per bowl.
This is Ben Thanh market. It's like the Vietnam version of Chatuchak in Thailand, but it's a lot more organized. They have colour coded sections for different things like fruit, food stuffs, clothes and apparel, accessories, animals.. I don't know what else.
Everything comes in BULK. They have millions of all and sundry.
This is the smallest dog I have seen in my life. We found it in the park across our hotel.
It was floundering about in the grass.
It was cute enough for me to carry! This is considering I don't really like animals all that much. Except for Claire my cat.
Pictures from our walk in the park. This was after ben thanh, after we had our mid afternoon nap and showered and got dressed all over again because there is just So Much Time in Vietnam. Hell you can even change into 5 sets of clothes in one day just for fun!
Ok I'm damn lazy to do the night photos already. That's all for now. Bye!
